'Tell about yourself' is not a good translation.
Perhaps 'Write about yourself' or 'About me', or 'Edit Profile'
In fact, delete 'Edit my profile', as it has the same link.
Where possible find the version of the Contact in english?

Bookmarked People - вот эта надпись убила)))я думаю bookmark стоит применять к неодушевленным предметам все таки(Bookmarked groups - OK), Bookmark Friend - просто даже неуважительно к другу...Add Friend to Favourites >> это подойдет больше, соответственно Favourited People

Во-первых, как можно было заметить, тут по большей части Американский Английский, так что Favorite. Во-вторых, глагола to Favorite не существует. Bookmarked People вполне нормально.

and if possible, can you put an 'and' between the last two albums:

However, you must have forgotten that we put a comma before 'and' while listing >=3 objects. I.e. 'AAAAA, BBBBB, and CCCCC'
Глеб, запятая в этом случае не нужна, это правило американские редакторы (профессиональные и грамотные, что редкость, конечно, везде) не применяют. Недавно сам разбирал эти случаи с редактором своей статьи в американский сборник, и она очень четко все провела без запятой при перечислении 3 и более объектов (дополнений).
