well, I haven't read a lot of his novels....I like "The Shining" and some of his stories...and I always watch movies based on his books, mostly they're great!

And my favourite writer is Nicolas Sparks. Also I like the novels of sisters Bronte.
My favourite is Charles Dickens... although it is sometimes difficult to read his books.
Though I'm actually a bookworm and can hardly decide who is the favourite writer of mine, I'd better name several of them: James Joyce (Irish), O'Henry, Hemingway, Mark Twain, D. H. Lawrence and a great many of others!
